Shark's Fish And Chicken Chicago Style

1st time visit. The food was good and hot. FYI if you're told it takes 20 minutes go back inside in 19 minutes...imo fish isn't good when cold.

The two piece Grouper and one piece Tilapia was hot n delicious!!

Food was very good, we were satisfied with the generous amount of food for our money. The only thing I have a complaint about is that I waited outside for 25 minutes waiting for them to call me in (they promised to call in 15 min) to get my food. When I finally decided to go inside and wait through the cashier line, my order was already waiting for me the whole time! I guess next time I'll just ignore their request for me to wait outside so I can get hot fries. Or they could line the containers with foil so the food will stay hot while we wait to be called. In spite of that, we'll definitely be going back.

The food was great! I am not sure what seasoning they use but it was so good. The cashiers were friendly. No eating inside right now. You place your order then wait in the car till they call you.

Came in on Monday Jan 4, and will be coming back! Had some delicious catfish the batter is amazing btw! Good customer service and overall great experience.
