Tasty Crab House - Warner Robins

Husband and I went in for the very first time. We ordered and when our shrimp came they were not cleaned out. I asked a passing waitress, which was super nice. And she said they are suppose to have a slit she will get a manager. Our waitress came by and she said the same thing.Coco the Assistant Manager came by and didn't even introduce herself. I started to explain and before I can finish she walked away. She came back with 2 small forks and I started to ask her the same question and she walked away from the table.I'm glad I just got the food. We told the waitress that the Assistant manager is very rude and we are leaving. Never will I go back now will I recommend this place to anyone.We went to Shells on Russell, where the customer service is always Great!

The Tasty Crab AIN'T SO TASTY! It was my first time there. It was suggested that I try the Tasty Special wings. I asked to have them fried hard. It took 30 minutes to receive my wings. They were fresh and hot. They may have been crispy. However, the wings were soiled and soaked in a big bowl of grease and garlic, which caused them to be soggy. Soooo icky! They really need to remove that flavor from the menu.

Me and Wifey came here for Mother's Day. We walked straight in at 4:45 with no wait for a nice booth. Service was slow but waitress was nice. Took about 30 minutes for 2 waters and one bottle of beer. We shared a deluxe #2 meal but were not allowed to substitute a side so I ordered a full price cajun rice. Our food came out fresh and hot and King Crab, Snow Crab and shrimps were great. I was given a Veterans discount which was nice since ticket was way over $100 for just two people. Worst part of dinner was having to eat off Styrofoam plates, plastic forks, and paper cups like it was a fast food place. Didn't understand the slow service because even after 2 hours there it actually got less busy.

Came expecting so much more from previous reviews but I have to say I was let down. Service and atmosphere is cool, writing wall is cute but the food.. well not so good. Coleslaw had little to no taste and the breading was cringe. Wasn't a wastes experience but definitely waste of time sorry.

The short Asian lady with glasses who normally takes to-go orders needs to have better customer service! She just handed me my food and walked away . No, thank you, have a nice day , nothing and when giving your order over the phone, she just hangs up in your face!! Exactly why I don 't tip!! I will not be back, nor will I recommend this place! I receive better service at Wendy 's smh
