Waffle House - Warner Robins

I won't be returning. It was uncomfortably cold inside, and despite complaining several times, we were told there was nothing that could be done about it. Two of the servers were even wearing heavy jackets, so it wasn't just an issue with our seating. I overheard other guests expressing their discomfort as well. Furthermore, our server was quite unfriendly and actually rude to the customers behind us. When I mentioned at checkout that our food had become too cold to eat and that we hadn't enjoyed it, she simply rolled her eyes. I’m finished with this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the waitress's rude and confrontational behavior regarding a request for complimentary water. When I asked for it, I felt ignored and had to ask again, only to be told that I needed to request it. Even after repeating my request, she claimed she had heard me the first time. To make matters worse, she seemed upset when I expressed my frustration about the situation and chose to argue with me in front of other customers. Overall, it was an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience.

I hadn't visited in over six years, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The food was excellent, and our waiter was fantastic. The prices were reasonable, too. I loved that the food was prepared right in front of us, and I was impressed by the constant cleaning taking place. Overall, I had a great time!

Don?t go here. This was the hands down the worst Waffle House I have ever been to. It was clean. The servers were friendly. That?s where the positives end. We ordered pretty simple food a cheesesteak hashbrown bowl with over easy eggs, and 2 overeasy eggs and sausage patties. Somehow my husband?s food was made (almost) correctly and brought out? and after 40 minutes theybrought me the entirely wrong food. Another wait while they struggled to make over easy eggs and sausage patties, and theyfinally bring me the right food at which point I get to remind them they never brought his toast. They brought that, but nojelly, and at that point I discovered a significant portion of my eggs were runny egg whites. My husband apparently also gotrunny egg whites. In the interest of not waiting another 40 minutes for them to cook two eggs, I separated the egg whites thatwere still snotty and raw from my mostly cold eggs and just made it work. The sausage was dry and over cooked, but again I?mnot spending my entire day getting my food remade over and over. Absolutely awful experience. Go to one of the tons of otherWaffle Houses nearby who aren?t awful, and let this place just die.

They seem to have a group of people that take over the restaurant. I've tried to go there between 3am and 5am and couldn't even get out of car. There were people everywhere just hanging out and partying. Just so sad for the restaurant. The staff and foodare great but it doesn't matter if you can't get in the door. So sad.
