Mcdonald's - Warner

Had a McDouble. Was sad. It appears there is less meat in a McDouble than a quarter pounder. It's not too expensive and came fast and was hot. It probably deserves a 3.5 star rating. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Food is McDonalds standard fare. Service horrible. Waited in lobby line that seemed an extraordinarily long time. I finally said something to young woman (red haired) and she finally took my order. She was pretty snippy saying that corporate standards dictated they keep the drive up window served first. I mentioned that I had been waiting longer than most of the cars in line to which she replied that she had worked there long enough to know the corporate standards. I think she slowed my order even further by parking my bag on the back counter while she waited on yet another car. She also did not give me a number or provide a receipt so when she called the order by number I wasn't even positive it was mine.

I only stopped here for a quick bite so we could get back on the road. I know it's McDonalds, so I don't have any wild expectations. I simply ordered a chicken sandwich and a hot fudge sundae. A 20 minute wait... There were about 12 people waiting at the same time for their orders. Sadly, this facility was really trying hard, but just could not operate as a fast food restaurant should. I'd normally not dismiss so quickly, but one of the employees made our hot fudge sundae early-ish and it sat melting for half the time as we waited for the sandwich. Just the lack of thought with what they were doing was not assuring. No rude employees or anything... just needs some love from corporate to help restore order.
