Feedback gevenHave been here a few times and consistently experienced bad service at the bar. professional couple with a young family is treated differently than the younger quantity. we were overlooked by bar employees as they serve their friends, experienced bad customer service, immature and irresponsible. service with complete disregard of customer experience. I have testified like “you have to eat” and “they are cut off” obviously not intoxicated. once addressed with the bar manager, the answer was “I cannot go against the bar staff”. eating is typical club food and although over price it is reasonable.
Had a few drinks before dinner, which was very nice, although a little loud. brought to dinner in Bistro part, our table was ready and reserved when we needed it. menu was good and cheap, also helps well. we had a nice time and. happy to listen to the young lady and play gitarre, good to have live music after two years. Thank you.
Do not order the tempura calamari with zucchini. was the biggest waste of money. Tampura battery should be easy and almost look through with a small cripple. what was in front of me was a thick cake that was dripping with. oil with hardly caramari or zucchini. So I had a little beside salad, which was fed in an salad dress for $25. only to supplement the night, the staff had switched off the coffee machine early.
I can't say enough about Warners in the Bay! The team is fantastic and clearly prioritizes customer service. The food is excellent and they offer a great selection of drinks. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!
I was part of a group of fifteen people who unfortunately visited this restaurant for a children's birthday celebration. Despite taking our booking, the staff informed us that we needed to be finished by 7 pm, even though our reservation was at 5:30 pm. We placed our orders by 6 pm due to a long line, but it took the kitchen staff 40 minutes to bring out our meals. Around 7 pm, we were told we had 5 minutes to leave as another group was waiting for our table, which I found rude considering the wait we already experienced. If this restaurant wants to attract customers, they should consider hiring more kitchen staff for busy nights, as indicated by their booking system. I recommend looking for a more hospitable dining experience elsewhere.
