Stopped here the other day while traveling the thruway. Pretzels were disgusting and cold. Brought it to the young lady's attention (think her name was Kayla? , and she was absolutely rude. Never again!

They have fresh pretzels plain plus salted or pretzels with cinnamon sugar. This place is prt of rest stop off NYS thruway going west . First after Syracuse city exit. Also has McDonald, pizza vendor and small convenience store with chips etc. Game machines for kids and clean washroom

Best pretzels I've ever had bring them to Rochester
