Had a 5 pm line, but it went smooth! Didn't have to wait long to get my food. Everything was really hot and good! People were friendly and efficient

We went before noon for lunch and it was nice, quiet, and quite pleasent.

I received an incomplete and incorrect order of food, which I realized only after I got home from my trip. I'm very disappointed.

Times are tough everywhere, but this restaurant really knows how to do it right. I received excellent service with a friendly attitude. Arby's consistently delivers great food, and they did not disappoint this time either. Although there were a few cars ahead of me, the line moved quickly. My order was correct, and the food was well-prepared—everything I asked for, including the sauce and napkins, was included. I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Thank you, Arby's!
