Dunkin' - Warren

I usually indulge in the different kinds of doughnuts, but my family really enjoys the coffee and hot chocolate.

The frozen chocolate I had was delicious. They prepared it quickly and just the way I wanted. My family and I sat indoors, savoring our food and chatting for quite a while, and we never felt pressured to leave.

I can't comment much on the staff, but even when I ordered avocado and tomato toast (on several occasions) without coffee, hoping to escape the coffee disappointment, they simply tossed the tomatoes on and called it done. It’s evident that there isn’t much effort put into maintaining consistency here. I usually don’t write reviews, but this experience has soured my 10-year positive relationship with Dunkin'. My orders are simple and always the same, yet somehow, they end up tasting different each time. I hope that when I return in a few months, there will be some improvement, as I have enjoyed my little coffee treat and appreciate the hard work of the staff. Recipes should be followed precisely. As a former barista, I find this situation truly disappointing.

My family considers this our Dunkin ' because it 's the one closest to us and we 're there so often. The staff is friendly, they 're crazy fast, and the food is amazing.

Gave three stars instead of one because the staff was friendly and the service was reasonably quick. The coffee was good and the maple bacon sandwich was just OK. The hashbrowns were burned and dried out and there sure aren?t very many of them. My husband?sdonuts tasted stale even though it was only 10:30 in the morning, and his jelly doughnut had so little jelly in it that it wasalmost flat. Most of it appeared to have squeezed out the bottom. Very disappointing. You would think the place that has donutsin its name would have better donuts.
