I had to make a comment. I'd give this a zero star. Through the ride thru, that was the whole way around the building. Speakers where all the dark like the ones didn't work. Had to wait for half an hour in the parking lot. I called her without answer and knocked to the locked door at 6:30. Without answer. Had to run around the window to find out they never made my order. I asked for my money back and they took their sweet time. The girl I gave me had to find it. Then I had to fight to get out of the parking lot because it was so stuffed. Need different management and order in this place. Will never go back.

Sausage Service EVER! When I called my order, I said I wanted to order an execution. She said we didn't. I said you won't take orders and I'll pick it up. She said it was picking up. So I placed my order, she told me my total number and how long I was ready, I said thank you and she just hung up. She saw as if she had an attitude from me that the wrong one said (take up the verses). When I took up my food, the cashier didn't seem very friendly. I hope my food is good.

Nothing is Hot Ready ever at this point. I love them have a ride through, but it can take 30 minutes to get through during meals (and honestly, I came to strange meals and had a long wait). The interior is not much better. Love the concept, the staff are usually friendly, but the execution is very slow at this point.

This Lil Caesars has the best customer service, they are very polite helpful. All the food is always perfect as well. I've never ordered from this one had anything rong w/our food.. Thank yu..
