Long line and slow service of this place. You don't care about your time. You need to hire more employees to meet customer demand.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin meal with a large orange juice, 2 breakfast burritos, a large sprite, and 2 sausage patties. When I looked at my order on the screen, the orange juice wasn't there and coffee was. When I corrected the employee she said the orange juice was on the other screen and gave me a different total than was on the screen. When I got to the window, the young lady that was cashing people out gave me the total that had been on the screen. She then had to change my order to make it correct. I've been to this McDonald's a few times and it seems like they are always screwing something up. Now they have employees that are lying to customers and making more work for their co-workers. It's time for me to go a little further to a better McDonald's.
Mobile ordered for a quick experience, ended up having to pull forward along with 4 other cars for 20 minutes and they couldn't even apologize for the wait. Every time I go it's a wait or a problem. Food is rarely neat and presentable.
Fruit yogurt parfait is half empty. Special order sandwiches were good. Had to ask for extra napkins. No iced tea by fountain drink dispenser.
