Ponderosa - Warren

I absolutely loved the potatoes! Every dish featuring potatoes was so delicious. The three pineapples were also fantastic; usually, fruits can be hit or miss, but here they were incredibly tasty! I can't wait to go back—I'm already craving it!

I had a wonderful experience at the salad and lunch buffet! Everything was kept fresh and hot. The 6oz sirloin was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious! It was definitely worth the hour-long drive to dine at this Ponderosa, especially since all the locations near Akron, Ohio have closed down.

I did not have a pleasant experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was quite unpleasant, and the food was nothing special—just average at best. While the prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly, overall, it fell short of expectations. I would suggest considering other dining options instead.

Service was good, good prices, had buffet and the some food was not available or cold. Waitress stated dishwasher was down and cash register went down so lack of help food prep and dishes in dinning room. Seat yourself, even though sign stated wait to be seated. Use to go here all the time but after this past experience, my wife and I will not be back for awhile.

Brunch was well stocked, fresh and good temperature. I was very satisfied for the price. The food area was clean and the dishes were all kept up with and the attendant was keeping things wiped down. Very impressive. Only thing that was unfortunate was the potato cake or hashbrown patties, my suggestion would be for them to be baked not fried, because sitting in that steam table they just fall apart . Other than that, wait staff is super. Vinegar and Oil on the salad bar could be washed and filled more frequently. Keep up the good work.
