Feedback gevenThe manager, Ania Krzanowska, handled the situation in a rather strange way. She offered me a snack from the snack bar as compensation, which I found to be an insufficient gesture given the hundreds of dollars I was paying for the room, especially with a dirty bathroom. When I declined her offer, she shrugged as if to say it didn’t matter. This was the most unusual apology I’ve ever received from a manager. I would have expected at least a complimentary breakfast or dinner, not a $2 snack! Additionally, we had to deal with a two-hour water shutdown and the air conditioning started malfunctioning at 1 AM. Yet, she seemed to expect my gratitude for her snack offer!
The hotel is newly renovated with a beautiful modern look. The room is spacious. The beds and pillows are really comfy. Downstairs there is a nice restaurant and bar. The entire staff are very friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!
Service was outstanding and team was very friendly and helpful. Ania assisted with the event planning and we had an outstanding celebration! The check in and out the front desk agent Ivan Castro was amazing, our family felt welcome through out the stay.
Very convenient to the wedding we were in town for and in a nice quiet setting but close to all highways as well as all the local townships and villages. Hotel was clean and comfortable and had clearly been updated recently. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I will say that the bar/ restaurant closed too early and cheated us out of a nightcap and the use of our F&B credits the bar did look inviting and had an excellent selection of premium bourbon). I could be wrong but the hotel didn’t seem full and no upgrades were offered despite our diamond status. Good price to value and one thing we loved was the control of room temp that allowed us to make it cool enough to sleep. We will definitely be back as all of my family is in the area.
This hotel is the reason I am a Hilton Honors member. I had had a very busy and exhausting week, by the time I arrived I had very little energy left. All the staff members beginning with the front desk person Jesus, through a maintenance person I met in the elevator, the restaurant staff in the evening and in the morning made it a great experience. Because of this, I was able to fully recharge to tackle the next day. From a clinical perspective I would go as far as to say it was therapeutic. I had a suite with a bathtub, which was sparkling clean. The forest view out the window really made me calm. The Halibut in the restaurant is great, even though a little overpriced for what it is I am going to overlook it because everyone was fantastic. Great selection of beers by the way I travel internationally and the customer service here beats Hilton Berlin on Mohrenstrasse (Germany).
