The second time in this month they were no longer just about everything. had to cancel my mobile order what was my last dollars I had left, so I did not have dinner and will not see this money for 2-3 days.

Waited 30 min for my order. Waiting on people coming through the drive-thru was more important. Gonna be a long time before I go back!

Second time I've been here at night and the menu board was off. Mobile ordered both times. Last time someone actually got on the speaker after a minute. This time, no. 3 minutes, finally pull up to the window, and a lady finally comes up after almost a minute there and asks if she can help us. Ask to cancel the order because the app won't let me. Says they can't. Ask if they're closed or something, she claims no, she was in the bathroom and had the headset. Which was in her hands.Whoever owns this location needs to know what's happening.

The one in champion is atrocious!!! The wait time is RIDICULOUS (34-45 minutes in line). Always forgetting items, never a hello or thank you Or sorry about the 45 minute wait we appreciate your patience Or have a good night . I don 't know what happened to this location, but we will never go back. Too many immature punks who have zero work ethic.

Went there at 8 pm aug 29th. The store had NO BEEF, NO CHICKEN, NO MEXICAN PIZZA and was still open for business selling only steak! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. WAITED IN LINE A HALF HOUR TO BUY NOTHING. couldnt even get out of drive thru cus ur boxed in.
