Feedback gevenI understand that your restaurant gets busy, but please don’t tell customers that their wait will be 45 minutes to an hour, only for it to end up being two and a half hours. That’s not acceptable. Also, when you change the ingredients in your salads, it’s essential to inform your customers. Not everyone enjoys arugula, especially if they were expecting just iceberg lettuce.
Always a great experience! I noticed the pizza is quite different this time. I ordered the steak and cheese pack, and the Italian Stromboli with sauce was, as always, fantastic! Plus, my Basset Hound and Long Haired Mini Dachshund approved it too!
This is the worst place to order from. I placed an order at 4:01 PM and it didn't arrive until 7 PM. When the food finally got here, it was cold. I had already paid for it since it was bagged. When I called to complain, the owner was rude and indifferent. It felt like it was my responsibility to guide him to the correct location, even though I had already given that information to the person I spoke with.
I would not order from West Take out ever again. Twice we 've ordered to have our pizza arrive an hour and a half late and cold.. the first time they were nice and offered a free pizza.. the second time.. it was cold and when I said to the delivery person that it was cold.. he/she said yes it is no apology. Sorry I tipped as well as we did. When I called to say the pizza late.. they laughed and said it was on its way.. no apology.
Decided to try ordering even though word of mouth reviews not very flattering. Wasted ninety minutes waiting. No sauce for the overcooked pizza logs. No garlic flavour to the butter garlic wings. Blue cheese dressing was salted and mixed with ranch. Disappointed and disgusted. Won't waste my time or money again. Lesson learned.
