Subway - Warren

This Subway experience was quite disappointing. I used to own 3 very busy Subway shops in the area while I was in college, so I understand that things can get hectic, but the customer service at this particular location is the worst I have ever encountered. They aren't even as busy as other Subway locations, so there is no excuse for their behavior. Despite living nearby, I made the effort to drive to other locations to avoid the unpleasant workers here. I am writing this review in the hopes that the management will take notice and address the issues with their staff. I have had multiple bad experiences with both the day and night crews. They openly complain and gossip about customers in front of them, which is extremely unprofessional. I even had an employee roll their eyes at me for requesting my sandwich be heated before being toasted. As someone who has been a part of the company for 9 years, I know the proper procedures for making sandwiches, and it is clear that they are not being followed at this location. The staff also engage in inappropriate conversations while preparing food, which is off-putting. I have never been greeted with a smile here, and overall, I feel unwelcome every time I visit. Despite living just 3 minutes away, I will continue to drive further to get a better experience at a different Subway. I am not sure where the negativity stems from, but I do not want it in my life. Making a sandwich should not be this difficult.

My sandwich is always tough. Every time I order from this place, my sandwich is always tough. I'm not sure what they're doing, but my sandwich should not be tough. I will not heat it up, so there should be no reason for tough bread.

I would not eat there again after witnessing the staff make my sandwich without wearing gloves.

I took coupons for buy a 6 inch and get a 6 inch free and the people that worked there charged me 12.00 for a 6 inch and it was a meal deal and they charged me for a soda and charged me for the chips separately! And I had 3 coupons for 3 6 inch meal deals and no one that worked could figure out how to use them they were meant to be used they charged me everything separate! ! I'll never go back there ever again!!
