Burger King - Warren Park

On April 27th, we stopped in to grab a quick meal at this location on 56th and Georgetown Road. After ordering our food and receiving our cups for the fountain drinks, we were disappointed to find that the machine did not have ice and was very dirty. When we asked for ketchup with our takeout order, the manager informed us that they did not have ketchup and refused to provide barbecue sauce unless we paid for it. The service was unprofessional and the staff was rude and unfriendly. We waited in line for 10 minutes before being acknowledged and knew immediately that we would not be returning to this Burger King location.

Overall, this place is terrible. The customer service was absolutely dreadful– they don't know how to communicate with people. I had to repeat my order three times and they still got it wrong. I will never eat here again.
