Gather 22 - Warren Park

First timer.... Went for lunch make sure you get there early! Beautiful place and very inviting staff was great but what I love the most is that the owner came out to see how everything what's coming along. That says a lot wishing you much success!! And congratulations on your award for being one of Indy's Best

May I say a bad review takes a few let downs before voicing a concern. We had brunch yesterday. First of all it literally took 16 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our presence. Once we were noticed we of course were ready to place our order. We also noticed 4 other tables in area of dining had not yet placed their order as well. We waited a very long time for food to come. While waiting our server came to table twice to apologize for the wait. The food finally arrived by another server.she did not bring the salad and we also stated we needed silverware. We waited another ten minutes and finally I went in to get silverware and the server(the one that delivered food) was chatting with hostess and cleaning tables. I stated we need silverware please. She stated sure I’ll get that in a minute. We also asked for salt and pepper but never brought them. The server came over to see how everything was we said not good. She said sorry about that and for the delay in everything. We asked for check and left. Needless to say too many strikes from beginning to end of our experience. The food was mediocre. We will not be back. Unfortunate because we like Brynes pizza.

Gather is just everything that a community hub needs! The atmosphere is friendly and chill and there is space for everyone. We usually wind up back at the bar because it is gorgeous or on the patio when they have live music. The food is so incredibly thoughtful and delicious and an un-rushed European dining experience. They also have plenty of dietary options for literally anyone. The cocktails are and they have plenty of local spirits to choose from. The design details are unmatched and you can tell down to the hand laid stone countertops that this was a labor of love.

This restaurant, in addition to all of the other great things on the menu, has, hands down, the best pizza in Indy. Highly highly recommended!

Waited in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes then hostess appeared to seat us. Was then served warm water...Had enough at that point...Spouse and I walked out...Staff VERY Unattentive..Will not be going back.
