Scarlet always makes sure my food is exactly how I order it. She has amazing customer service! She is very friendly and welcoming! Thank you for your wonderful customer service because it is hard to find nowadays! The food is always delicious and fresh just how I like it! ?Jayoin always has great customer as well. So far I've ordered from this place twice. Both times my order has had something wrong with it. First time, my order of chipotle chicken spud didn't come with the bacon, extra bacon, sour cream, and butter I ordered with it. It was just chicken and chipotle sauce. I ordered thru Uber Eats so I was able to get my refund on the spud. The 2nd time (I'm writing this after I just opened it) my spud just looks sad. I paid a extra 2$ for bacon only to get a sprinkle of chopped up bacon (barely one strip). Had I known I was only getting that much I would have just avoided getting bacon entirely. (Provided a photo of the spud and bacon quantity) That is not worth $2. My BLT sandwich always comes out right but so far my spud is always messed up. I'm trying to give this place a change as its one of the closest places I can get my lunch quickly for pickup. It's a hassle to have to go back and ask for my bacon or refund of 2$ since I run my job's store on my own and don't have time to return. Only 5 star reviews tend to have a response so I don't have any hope of my issues being resolved. Probably won't order spuds from here again.

They were short staffed but there were handling their customers WELL.Wheelchair accessibility: It was on the 1st floor, there were plenty of cut away entry for wheelchairs. Doors didn't have a button to push for auto doors. Doors were wide enough to ho through.
