Manager last night hung up on me. She called me after I finished up a delivery order online stating her fryer is broken so I asked could I just change it out for anything else since I already paid and she said no so I just asked for her to cancel the order and she said ok and hangs up on me. Then takes more then 45 min to cancel my order and still had the door dasher come up there for the order because she wanted to be petty. I don’t understand how rude individuals like her even make it into management. No proper customer service skills and still a manager. It’s pretty pathetic. I would never order from this location again.
Service too slow, no ingredients, unprepared dough, wait of an hour or more
Waited 2 hours and went through 3 different door dash drivers before door dash drivers and never got my food. The door dash drivers messaged me saying the restaurant was a disorganized disaster and that they weren't waiting any longer. Door dash eventually cancelled the order and pizza hut never would answer their phones or anything so I could try to get my money back. This place is trash and the employees suck.
…each time ive ordered from here, ive had the freshest food and the coldest drinks- today i was assisted by tyronne who was beyond friendly- my pizza is never overcooked- my pepsi is always super ice cold- do you know how nice it is to pick up a beautifully cooked pizza and be handed an ice cold drink?! i am so beyond grateful- it literally makes the difference when im deciding where to order pizza- because pizza with an ice cold drink… how can you pass up on that! it’s the little things that make such a difference! ive seen the poor reviews, but fortunately ive just never had a problem- thanks pizza hut!!
