Shrimp Hut - Warren Park

O stars! Horrible customer service. Wait for food for over a hour. People was waiting to order over 45 minutes and start walking out. Food was so gross one person threw their food in the parking lot. And nothing had season. Never again! Sticking with Taste this fish,yall should give them a try.

I ordered a whiting lunch special and ask for it to be cooked hard. I received my order and the fish and the mushrooms were so soggy I couldnt eat it. I had this happen the last time I was here, but I decided to give it another try. HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! and the worker was auguring with a customer. Very unprofessional!!

I paid for jumbo shrimp and received a mix of jumbo and large...happened 2x. Gonna have to stay away.

Food was decent, and the price is right, but my online order was ready 30 minutes later. 3 person crew was easily overwhelmed by late lunch rush on a Friday. At one point, 12 customers waiting to order or to pickup! Cashier admitted they were ignoring phone orders completely, and don't try to walk in, either! Quotrd wait time went from 40 minutes to 45 while i watched. No dine in. Leaking AC and front door requires lots of strength. Cashier thanks everyone for their patience.

I had to edit my review, something has happened since my original review, I’ve ordered online several times, only to get to shrimp hut to hear we can’t find your order, and having to wait 20 minutes before I even hear that, and then the hassle of trying to get a refund, do better Shrimp Hut!
