Tavern On South - Warren Park

Great atmosphere, plenty of parking (on a weekday) and the service was good. Food, however, was hit or miss. Appetizers were good, we had the spinach artichoke dip and the fried gnocchi. Kitchen was slow with our entrees and one of the orders was wrong. Had to wait an additional 20 mins for the corrected entree. I had the fish and chips, which was lukewarm at best and the fries were incredibly salty (this was not the incorrect order). The other entrees in our party were tasty. Maybe the kitchen is better on the weekends? I would possibly go back but wouldn't go out of my way to return here.

Food was very mediocre and staff was rushed, short staffed and we didn't see them around much. Ordering was rushed and staff didn't seem knowledgeable or in too much of a hurry to take any time with their tables. There was nothing special about the food. The host had his AirPods in while working.

Made a reservation on a Friday night but wasn’t needed, restaurant was pleasantly quiet (no sporting events taking place in the city that night). Bartender was our server and she was great- welcoming, friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

Visited after a full day at the NFL Combine. It was convenient due to the location. We were very pleasantly surprised! We both had burgers, one with a side of chili and one with a side of kettle chips. Everything tasted fantastic. Service was quick and friendly. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

I bought 2 taco salads tonight ask for beef meaning hamburger and it also says it comes with tortilla bowl and it came with 6 to 7 chips and I paid 47.00 for 2 and there was no tortilla bowl I want someone to fix this ... but the service when I called in my order was great she was amazing ... I also have a picture I took of both mine and my husband's taco salad....
