Feedback gevenThis establishment is a nice little Crown Jewel in the neighborhood. I decided to stop in for a bite to eat. I ordered the barbecue chicken sandwich, and it was pretty good. In my Schwarzenegger voice, I'll be back.
I tried the Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake, Oreo and Brookie! All three were ???but my favorite was the Brookie and Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake. The owner or super sweet and very professional! I drive afar to come here but it's worth it when I want something sweet. Blessings ??
Buying merchandise online from Tea's Me Cafe Indy, especially if you need it to be delivered to you out of state, is risky. The company sent me an entirely different item than the one I selected and paid for. For months I have tried to arrange to have the correct item sent to me, but to no avail. I have talked to several of the company's representatives, including Wanda Scott who erred in putting together the initial order. They all promised to correct the error or have the appropriate individual handle the matter. These were all empty promises. Over the past month or so, my follow-up email to Ms. Scott and my messages and voicemails to the business have not been acknowledged, returned, or addressed. Tamika Catchings, the owner/manager of Tea's Me, failed to respond to repeated attempts by a private consumer advocacy organization to participate in its dispute resolution process. Tea's Me is apparently not interested in resolution, which boggles the mind because the merchandise I never received would be akin to an advertisement for the business. I am no longer interested in patronizing or supporting this business, in person or from a distance. I will, however, continue my quest to get either the merchandise I ordered or a refund of what I paid for the item.
Came to town for the eclipse. i didn’t realize till after i was being served by a legend. the person that brought our food wouldn’t even let us get up to get our own napkins. $22 brunch for 2 including the fresh fruit smoothie!?!girl… you’re not charging enough!!!
I ordered a sandwich and soup. I bought a tea while waiting. I noticed they served one person that ordered after me. They brought out what looked like the same thing I ordered and served it to another patron, who at it and then left. They pointed at me and talked amongst themselves a couple times. After about about 45 mins I went to the line and inquired about my food. I mentioned it looked like maybe they served the same food I ordered to someone else. They said that they would make it now and it would only take a couple of mins. I waited longer and observed employees working on things other than my order. I went back to the desk and asked for a refund. The employees mumbled under their breath and to each other. They handed me a free sandwich coupon with a post-it note and said they could not issue a refund without a manager. I said I probably wouldn't return after this experience. I received nothing even close to an apology at all. I found the whole experience quite infuriating the service was terrible. Now I am out $12, late to my event, and ate fast food instead.
