Feedback gevenCopper Coyote has truly improved! The food is now absolutely incredible! I’ve dined at some top-notch Mexican restaurants in Texas and Santa Fe, New Mexico, and I can confidently say that Copper Coyote holds its own, if not surpasses them! My wife and I are big fans of Chili Rellenos, and Copper Coyote serves the best we’ve ever tasted—no competition! The flavors are fresh and genuinely authentic. The portion sizes are fantastic for the value. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend the Mexican plate and the street tacos. Copper Coyote has won over my family, and it has officially become our go-to spot for Mexican cuisine!
They took note of my request to omit jalapeños due to my allergy, which I really appreciated. The food was fantastic, and I loved the buffet!
The buffet offered incredibly delicious food and excellent service. I highly recommend checking it out; there was a wide variety of dishes, and the macaroni and cheese was absolutely fantastic!
Great place! Large Mexican cuisine and barbecue. The only place I go to Warrensburg for Mexicans!
Great food and friendly people working. Buffet is really good. Come in and try them. They do have bbq is you like something different. It is really good.
