I love Dunkin' at e.9! They always get my frozen caramel coffee order just right every time.

The woman at the register seemed uninterested in making my friend and me feel welcome. She abruptly asked my friend, "Why are you looking at me like that?" out of nowhere. It's early in the day, and we were obviously tired and zoned out, so her response felt unprofessional and quite rude. I won’t be coming back.

Decent place, the hashbrowns there are good but not good enough for the 5 pieces they give you for the high price. Donut wholes are good as well, but not enough glaze frosting on them.

Stopped in after class for a ice cream treat. The clerk was nice enough to inform me that the ice cream I had selected was old and at the bottom. Most times they would just scrap and give it to you. I appreciate that so much also purchased donuts. Greatservice!! -Thank you.

You can get in and out quickly, but there's a major downside: avoid the ice cream! My friend and I took a look at the ice cream section, and it was absolutely filthy. There was some sort of rubbery black object hanging down into the case, and it clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. The chocolate ice cream looked like something that came from a rather unfortunate source.
