Feedback gevenI went to Panera at noon Saturday and ordered a duet. I was told they did not have any soup. I then asked for a substitution and was turned down by both an associate and a manager. They said substitutions are not allowed. But help me understand why you can’t service the customer? It’s noon on a Saturday and you do not have soup of any flavor available. The duets consist of either a sandwich and soup or a salad and soup. Since no soups were available, I simply requested to have the sandwich and salad. And the answer was no!Now I realize why it was noon and I was the only person in line! Panera extend better customer service or you will close!!!
My order took over 25 minutes to prepare. I only ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. I order this specific sandwich often at numerous locations. This was the flattest and most dry sandwich I ever had.
I went through the drive through and the person on the speaker was incredibly rude. I asked for a scone, "We don 't have any. Oh, I guess there 's 3 here. "I asked for a pup cup for my dog in the back seat, which I have gotten at every single Panera I 've ever been to, the response I received, "We don 't do that here. "I attempted to give My Panera number at the speaker, then I had to give it again at the window, then the person at the window had to go and get paper and write it down. 10 minutes in the drive through with one car in front of me that was at the window when I placed my order at the speaker.Rude treatment is the only way to say it.I don 't see myself coming back to this Panera anytime soon.
Absolutely horrible! Couldn't use me gift card, couldn't use my sip club, that's already paid for! This is the 3rd time this has happened! Just not fair!
Menu needs more items people can afford. Need the bagel dozen discount used during COVID.
