Problem, after the first night it was “Out of Service When you have a leg that doesn't work, climbing stairs is a challenge. They said they’d look for a room and move us to a room on the 1st floor, but declined since packing up and moving our things downstairs wouldn’t save us from going up and down. It turned out there wasn’t a room like ours on the first floor anyway. The chair in the room looked like it came from the dump. The vinyl was all torn up. Didn’t even want to sit in it because it looked so bad. There was a kitchenette with a sink, microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. Nothing was provided if you decided to warm something up or needed dishes. No towels or dish soap and no silverware of any kind. We were told there was no maid service unless we requested it. We just asked for towels on our second day. The bath towels were so small they could have been oversized hand towels. No washcloths were provided. Their buffet breakfast was at the restaurant next door. No heat, in building, food was very minimal, hot food was cold and not inviting. The second morning they weren’t open, they are closed on Mondays so went to the mini market for my morning coffee. The third morning we were told everything they had was out. Cold scrambled eggs, toast, cold cereal and a few pieces of fruit. We took one look and left. Hot tub was out of service and looked like it had been that way for a while. Didn’t see that mentioned when booking the room. The staff was nice and friendly and tried to be helpful. However they knew there was nothing they could do about the issues I’ve mentioned here.
Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. Totally outdated. Won’t stay there again. The free breakfast wasn’t worth it.
Room was clean, staff was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay especially the free breakfast at the newly renovated Restaurant East Coast Eats.
Breakfast was horrible! The rooms need updating. Friendly staff until check out.
Well, in this hotel where I stayed with my family, I didn't like the attention of the manager since on pool day she got upset because of the kids. It was being very relaxed and another thing, a lot of unity in the rooms, it would be better to improve. That's good, this is for me, I don't know what other people are like, and another thing made the hotel better. Last year it was in one of the same hotels we stayed at. Last week was better. Last year they paid attention and did not come to complain because of the relaxation that the children were doing. I hope and it improves. In that part
