Feedback gevenI placed an order using my phone and when I went to pick it up at the window, they asked me to pull up and wait, even though there was no one behind me. It wasn't a big deal, but it took about five minutes for my order to come out, which was incorrect. When I pointed it out to the worker, he asked me to verify what the ticket said before coming out to the customer. This Dunkin' Donuts has really declined in quality and this isn't the first time they've gotten my order wrong.
This Dunkin location is the quickest and friendliest one I've been to, much better than the other Dunkin stores in the area.
The donuts and coffee at this restaurant are excellent. The store is clean and well-maintained, and the service is great.
Was supposed to be open until 5. It’s 4:25…. Nobody answered the intercom and when we pulled up to the window the employee was eating on the counter and shrugged us off ??
I hate leaving this review because there are 2 guys there that are so great, but I have had consistent quality issues. Today was the last straw, I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they were just completely closed. I get emergencies happen, but surely someone could have turned off mobile ordering. I’ve now had to sit on corporate for 20 min trying to get a refund because it was a $25. In addition to this, there is a lady that works there typically making the sandwiches) who has made us late for appointments because even though I pre-order we have still had to wait 15+ min and sometimes our eggs are still cold. I guess it’s my fault for continuing to come here all these years. Today was the last time, I’ll go to the west Chicago location, where I’ve never had a single item that was bad or a super long wait.
