Mcdonald's - Warrenville

I do not recommend this restaurant today. It took more than 30 minutes to place an order.

The espresso machine is constantly out of order, and even when it is functioning, they consistently make mistakes with McCafé orders, often giving customers the wrong drinks. This establishment is completely unorganized and unreliable.

Yesterday at 6pm, I had the pleasure of interacting with the red-headed girl with glasses at the pick-up window at McDonald's. She was the friendliest employee I have ever encountered at McDonald's. Great job!

The worker was SO rude and hostile. She RAISED her voice at me and sounded SO condescending. Not to mention the mean looks she kept giving to every person she talked to. The fries were cold and flavorless, and the nuggets were dry. I am honestly so disappointed. USUALLY the workers are at LEAST polite, but the lady from today was anything BUT that. I will NOT be coming back. This place does not have a welcoming atmosphere. I feel as though they are judging my every move when all I want is to sit down and comfortably enjoy a decent meal.

Good food if you like McDonald's. Clean store. Friendly staff.
