The pizza we received was old and overcooked, and it was cut improperly. It arrived cold. When we reached out to the manager about these issues, she accused us of seeking a free pizza instead of addressing the problems. Her behavior was rude and unprofessional, which is a disservice to Rosati's reputation in our area. We will be sure to share our experience with others.

I've dined at Rosati's before, but I was appalled by their management's response to this situation. When we tried to address the behavior and requested to speak with the manager, they chose to hide in the back and had the staff claim they were too busy to talk. I know many union employees who have decided to stop patronizing this establishment. I feel it's important to let others know about this incident. Whether this message makes a difference or not is not my concern; it’s simply unacceptable for a business to allow such behavior while other employees look on, laughing and filming the scene.
