Manhattan Bagel - Warrington

The restaurant serves fresh bagels and creative breakfast sandwiches. There's nothing quite like the combination of speck, egg, and cheese on a whole bagel paired with a hot cup of coffee.

I understand that Covid-19 was a challenge for everyone, especially in the food industry. However, this restaurant has really gone downhill. My wife always picks me up an asiago bagel from here because she knows it's my favorite. This morning, the bagel she brought me was a disappointment. It was clearly undercooked, only about 2/3 of its normal size (being generous) and had 5 finger-sized impressions on the bottom. I'm not sure if it wasn't baked enough, but it was so disappointing that I felt compelled to write this review. I would have been embarrassed to serve it to a customer.

I ordered online and picked up my bagel box, only to realize that 4 of the bagels had been replaced without prior notice. My children were disappointed as they didn't get the flavors they wanted. I called the restaurant to ask for the correct bagels to be replaced with available options. However, I had to go back to the restaurant to exchange the 4 incorrect bagels that they had mistakenly given me, despite initially telling me not to worry about it. To my surprise, they informed me that I would have to pay an additional $0.50 because one of the replacement bagels was slightly more expensive. It was disappointing to receive such poor customer service. I wish I hadn't been such a loyal customer.

Hands down this location is the best. Staff is friendly professional, food is excellent and the atmosphere is great. I live in Doylestown and take the drive here because the service can’t be beat!

Usually go to the Manhattan on Ferry Rd, which is consistently good. Stopped in the Warrington location and will not make that mistake again. Unclear and slow order process. Woman sitting at table was told they were out of her selection fifteen minutes after ordering. I ordered a double toasted everything with cream cheese. What they delivered was completely untoasted, and the flavor of the bagel was odd. Never again.
