Costa Stockton Heath - Warrington

We were out in Stockton Heath, so we decided to stop for a bite to eat at Costa Coffee. It was very quiet, even for a Saturday afternoon, therefore the service was very quick and efficient. The two lads on were excellent and very friendly. The coffee shop was generally very clean and very well kept. Food and drinks was your standard Costa Coffee then again, they weren't running out of snacks! Overall, very pleasant experience!

The staff at this restaurant are what truly make it stand out - they are friendly and hardworking. However, the place itself is in need of a renovation. It looks a bit neglected and feels shoddy. The United Kingdom would benefit from learning from places like the Coffee Club on how to improve, but unfortunately, they have recently been acquired by Coca Cola. This seems like a smart move for Coca Cola, as carbonated beverages are declining in popularity.

Staff are very approachable and coffee up to standard. Occasionally the place is let down by tables not being cleared and cleaned at busy periods. Bread on Toasties can also appear stale, which we have experienced at other Costas

I decided to stop by for a couple of hot chocolates to go, but was disappointed to find the place in disarray with dirty dishes scattered around. It was a bit off-putting while waiting for my drinks. Thankfully, the hot chocolates were still delicious as always.

Hi! This is my favourite Costa. Visiting last Wednesday wit my granddaughter Rebecca lent us her umbrella to walk back to the car park!! Who else would do that? Wonderful service!!
