New Summer Palace - Warrington

We had missing items in our order and when we called to follow up, the staff was rude. The food was delivered cold after the missing items were finally sent. When we asked for a refund, Summer Palace asked for the food back, claiming they couldn't refund us because we ordered through Just Eat. I ended up returning the food to the shop myself. We used to order from here multiple times a week, but we will not be returning. Delivery service was disappointing.

We order from the summer palace quite often. However we had chips in our order today, which can only be described as awful, looked and tasted awful, were not freshly cooked considering the summer palace had only just opened. More like left overs from the previous day, Have thrown them away because they were a waste of money . Food: 1

Very happy. First time here and yes they went to the wrong place at first but it was lovely when it came to me in penketh Riverside. I will order here from now on.
