Orange Pizza - Warrington

We have used Orange for about eight year's and through those year's it has been very inconsistent however they have sorted problems out and the staff have been great,However the last meal and the meal tonight went in the bin I wouldn't have given it to a dog. I am very sorry for this review but it's been long coming I just need to find a good consistent Kebab shop now. Gutted.

This was absolutely shocking, first wrong order, then I get this, phoned them to tell them, and all's they had to say is they get the chicken cooked like that

I have always had delicious food from here. Delivery has always been quick bar 1 time. Today pre ordered for 5pm but it arrived whilst I was out at 3.54pm. have camera footage to prove. Ended up waking my ill daughter to run and get it. Today I found a flat fly in my food. When I called and asked for a refund on the contaminated product only they told me they cannot do partial refund but I could have another pizza. That they don't have fly's in their food. Imagine that . So now I leave this review in honesty. I have been a customer over 13years and never had and issue. I can honestly say the customer service on this occasion was extremely poor and felt like they were accusing me of foul play. The person I spoke to kept calling me honey and love, over spoke me every time I tried to talk Had to give 1circle or I couldn't write review

I waited over an hour for my food at this restaurant. After repeatedly asking about the status of my order, I was told it would be ready in 2 minutes, only to wait another 20 minutes. When I called again, I was informed that my food was on its way, but when it arrived, it was cold. They replaced it with a new set of food, which was appreciated, but then I found a medium-length hair in my pizza. When I raised this issue, I was told that there were no female employees working that day, despite speaking to a woman on the phone earlier. I was very disappointed by this experience and felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. I was also told that I could not receive a refund. I am now left with an empty stomach and £20 less in my pocket.

I ordered pizza from Orange Pizza on the night of March 1st, 2021 at 10:30pm. The pizza was a Chicken and Ham with Hot 'n' Spicy flakes. Upon tasting it, we found it to be strange but didn't think much of it. However, upon closer inspection, we realized that the pizza was undercooked and the chicken was not properly cooked. One of us is still vomiting as I write this review, and everyone else who tried it is experiencing terrible stomach cramps. Honestly, I would recommend never eating here, especially avoiding the pizza mentioned above.
