Subway Birchwood Shopping Centre

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely young woman while ordering a 6 inch sub at this restaurant. The service was excellent, prompt, and without any hassle. She also complimented my outfit, which really brightened my day. It was a great way to start the day, and the food was delicious. I appreciated the well-thought out recommendations from the staff. Thank you very much.

The restaurant located in Birchwood, near the subway, is pleasant. The staff is always friendly and attentive. I would give it 5 stars, but unfortunately, it is never clean.

I asked for the Chilli Wave Nachos, they put an egg cup sized scoop of cheese on the Nachos I asked if could put about 4 scoops on, was told and accepted there is a charge for an extra scoop of cheese but i can only have one because they can only put 1 scoop of extra cheese through the till. That made for a dissapointing meal. Wont go again

I love Subway, but I will be avoiding this particular branch and heading to a different location. It seems like they are doing you a favor by serving you. It would be nice if they could try smiling once in a while or visit the United States to see how customer service is done.
