Bo Burger Fries Warsaw

The burgers are actually decent, but this review is mostly about their website and online ordering process. I'm a Canadian temporarily working in Warsaw for the past 6 months. I've eaten at many burger locations. This is the only place where I've had issues placing an online order....multiple times. So many that I've simply decided not to bother ordering from there anymore. I either get timed out with my order, there's some problem with authenticating my payment, or some other reason, that my order ends up getting canceled. I often don't find out until 15-20 after placing my order which means I then have to try again or order from somewhere else. At least they do provide me a refund even if it does take 2 or 3 days to get reimbursed. One time I placed an order that did go through through and it told me my order wouldn't be ready for 45 minutes. When I went to pick it up, there wasn't a single customer in the restaurant. How can it take 45 minutes to cook my order? Very frustrating. If I were the owner, I'd be curious how many other customers I've lost because of this online issue.

A very unfriendly and unhelpful service. The restaurant is very small and too quite, that it makes you feel uncomfortable. They don’t speak English. The food is nothing special. The portion of the potatoes is too small. You can find similar burgers at more friendly and nice restaurants.

Very good burgers, easy to digest. Very good French fries as well, both classic and sweet potatoes. A bit unsatisfactory the service, as none speaks English.

Had lunch here on two separate days, enjoyed good food on both occasions. Great burgers, friendly staff, and a very cozy atmosphere make it worth recommending to any burger lover visiting/in Warsaw.

Amazing British buns with bacon egg! Feels like home : pleasant atmosphere, good service and very clean establishment.
