Mcdonald's - Warsaw

The restaurant was short-staffed for the 9 o'clock shift. The manager was outside in a car with a girl and a guy. Another staff member went outside to talk to the manager, then came back in and quit. The people in the car then came in wearing beach clothes and started eating, while the other staff members who were still working were waiting. One of the women then said "bye momma" and the other woman replied "bye baby". It was quite shocking to witness.

The dining experience and service were extremely disappointing. The woman in the drive-thru seemed distracted and was laughing and chatting with someone while taking my order. She had to interrupt me twice, and I had to repeat my order three times. Additionally, she forgot to include a sandwich in my order. The nuggets were tough and stale, resembling a rock, and the fries were old, soggy, and lacking salt. This was one of the poorest experiences we have ever had at a McDonald's.

The restaurant was chaotic! The service was incredibly slow. The drive-thru was busy, but the dining room was nearly empty. Many customers walked in and walked out without ordering due to the poor service. The manager glanced at us multiple times as we waited to place our order. Finally, after the 30th time, our order was taken. It appeared that they were understaffed. However, the food was decent. Avoid this place if you are in a rush!

During the covid 19 pandemic many companies have implemented different masking requirements. with my personal views, I fully support a company to implement this rule as they are fit. the aspekt, which really irritates me, is when a business, like these mcdonalds, does it with hypocrisy. the signage on the door explains very clearly that customers should wear a mask when entering. what I didn't find was a single man who was masked. I love this chain, but until this special restaurant has either clearer guide, or is willing to do the same as it requires from its customers, I will dinate elsewhere.

I went to McDonald's today and im giving it 4 stars because i got a Mcchicken with only pickles and ketchup and the pickles were on top of the bun like on top of the sandwich and i found it funny and i was having a bad day. The reason its 4 stars tho is bc my fries were unsalted. Every-time i go through they are never salted!
