Taco Bell - Wartburg

I always have a great experience whenever I'm in the mood for a taco. Food: 5 stars, Service: 5 stars, Atmosphere: 5 stars.

This location has failed me repeatedly, and I questioned why they keep messing up my order, but it seems like they just don’t care. Many people were excited when a Taco Bell opened in Wartburg, but I’ve heard from others that they won’t return because the employees seem untrained and can’t handle their own menu. They also refuse to make things right. I’ve decided that I won’t be returning here anymore. I would rather drive to Harriman or Oak Ridge for a better experience. Take my advice: avoid this Taco Bell unless you enjoy spending $40 on a meal for one adult and two kids only to receive the wrong food every time!

The food was terrible. The bacon and steak burrito had an awful taste, and I definitely wouldn't recommend it. The items were wrapped poorly, as if they were in a hurry, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. We had to unwrap everything just to identify what we had because the labels were wrong and the outside was mixed up. The Pepsi tasted syrupy and almost flat. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 and the service a 4.
