The brisket is smoked with a dry rub, which I really appreciated since it wasn't drowning in sauce. They offer about ten different sauces to complement the meat, but the flavor of the smoked meat was so rich and tender that it stood out on its own. I’ll definitely be returning for more soon!
Good evening, everyone. I want to introduce you to the best BBQ in Rhode Island, now located on Airport Road in Warwick. I've been a huge fan of Pink Pig for several years. After trying their pork ribs, beef ribs, brisket, sausages, and even the half chicken, I've found that nothing else comes close. Some people might complain about the prices, but I say it's worth it for quality. If you're feeling lazy after work like I often do, I’ve noticed they’re available for delivery on Grubhub—just a heads up!
On the downside, the drinks were a bit pricey; I paid $2 for a 16-ounce bottled water, which felt a bit steep. Considering you'll likely want to drink while enjoying barbecue with all its sauces, that's a bit much for a beverage. Despite the high drink prices, I would still recommend this place if you're looking for good barbecue in the Rhode Island area.
If you're looking for authentic barbecue, Pink Pig has got it down perfectly! The half rack of pork ribs is enormous and packed with meat—enough to feed two people. One recommendation would be for them to boost their advertising; they're located in Warwick, and I only discovered them while searching for barbecue online. You won't find better food like this anywhere else in Rhode Island!
This BBQ is simply fantastic! I really enjoy the dry rub, but their sauces are incredibly delicious as well. My wife and our 2-year-old daughter both love visiting this place. It's great that they have toys for kids to play with too!
