Sonic Drive-in - Warwick

The service at this restaurant was excellent and fast. We opted to use the car hop area for convenience. Although they were out of three out of the five items we originally wanted due to shipment issues, the staff was kind enough to suggest alternative options so that we could still have a similar experience. Despite the initial disappointment, the staff's helpfulness turned what could have been a negative experience into a pleasant one. Well done, Sonic staff!

I have a question regarding the service at the Warwick location. I have noticed that the employees do not put the food in a bag at the drive-thru window, but instead hand out random items. For example, I received a hot dog and an order of barbecue chicken popcorn chicken without a bag. Shouldn't these items be placed in a bag and handed through the window in that way? This has been inconvenient for me as I have to carry each item back to my workplace without a bag. This may be enough for me to consider boycotting your establishment. I would appreciate clarification on this matter. Thank you. Sincerely, A concerned customer.

This restaurant has an interesting concept, transporting you back to the 1950s with roller skating car hops. The layout may be a bit dangerous as the skates have to maneuver through the drive line, so be cautious of other cars leaving. The prices are reasonable and there is a good selection of food. Our meal arrived quickly, the server was pleasant, and our order was complete. I would recommend this restaurant.

Jason was an absolute PLEASURE. Made my my experience so wonderful. He literally was the kindest soul. Please tell him he’s incredible.

Love this Sonic! Great customer service 1/2 price milkshakes after 8:00 PM can’t even beat it!!! $5 change for 2 large milkshakes) Affordable, decent quality, delicious for a “fast food” establishment. p.s. definitely creeped the employee s) out though taking that pic of her handing me the shake....thought it’d be a cute pic make readers feel like they were there, my apologies!
