Pizza Pizza - Wasaga Beach

I have ordered here often. Reasonable food for dollar value. They might not be the world's best pizza but they are consistent and I depend on them for feeding an unexpected crowd at dinner or the fast Friday night meal.

Ordered 2 deep fried panzos for pickup & was surprised that they had baked them instead.That day the staff were slow & seemed to have a "couldn't care less attitude." Much less filling than usual which was a big letdown as I had ordered 2 extra topping for each. Previous orders had been fairly satisfactory. Will be going to Stayner for my next order.

I waited 45 minutes in line. when it was my turn to order the customer service said shedid not know how to use the pizza pizza club card or survey code for the free dips, popor fries. She said the cash machine changes all the time. This is a Saturday and a tourist area and is very busy. Customer service said there where no managers in either. Pizza is good here but the service not so great if you can't use your club card. I been coming this store for 11yrs and a local customer. It seems since management changed the employees are not trained for cash properly. I was told from customerservice that she could not help me. I left without ordering and they did not care.

Ordered the large 3 topping special pizza. Was made the way I wanted it. The staff was friendly.The whole experience was good.Employees washed their hands before doing other things.This was good to see.

The Pizza's were very good and stayed hot while we went back to the resort to enjoy them for take out service.
