St. Louis Grill - Wasaga Beach

Love the atmosphere of this place, it's unfortunate the food is horrible, frozen, microwave garbage mostly, staff is clueless and make alot of mistakes and grumpy, i gave it 3 tries hoping for a one off, never

Food was very good. Server was very kind. Food was out fairly quick for being so busy!

The restaurant was bustling with activity, full of a birthday party and several other large groups. Despite the crowds, our family of five was impressed by the speedy service we received. Our server was attentive and brought our drinks promptly. We will definitely return. As for kid-friendliness, it's always a fantastic place to bring the children!

After a lengthy 30 minutes, with only a couple of people at the bar besides us, our order was finally taken. We ordered nachos, wings, and I ordered a sandwich with horseradish mayo. Another 30 minutes passed, and when the nachos arrived, they were burnt. We sent them back, and the manager, Andrea, came over to apologize and promised that a new order would be prepared. When the second order came out along with the rest of the food, the nachos were still burnt, and the manager claimed she would eat them, suggesting she thought they were acceptable. It was quite a joke. The wings also arrived burnt, and it was perplexing; there was hardly anyone else ordering food. Our waitress seemed more interested in disappearing to the back than attending to us, and all the staff were too busy socializing with each other, including the manager. With just five people in the restaurant, you’d expect them to be focused on ensuring customer satisfaction, but that was far from the case. Then my sandwich arrived without any mayo, and the fries were cold. When I inquired about the mayo, I was told they were out. It would have been better if they had informed me of this when I ordered. In summary, STAY AWAY! This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever encountered. The manager is ineffective—this place needs new management or at least some training to uphold a better standard. They need to step up if they want to maintain a good reputation in St. Louis.

I had a fantastic experience overall! The food is consistently excellent, and the staff are always attentive and friendly. There's a great variety on the menu. I highly recommend the Fish and Chips, and I really enjoy their fries with the amazing gravy!
