Food is mediocre at best, price is not on par with the quantity. Servers act like they are doing you a favor. Paint is peeling off the floor. Items on the menu that they don't have anymore so they try substitute without telling you. If you want to spend $15 on a sandwich in a paper basket and ketchup packets then you'll love this place.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The patio is pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends and enjoy some great meals. While the service wasn't the best I've experienced, it wasn't terrible either. Overall, we will definitely be returning!

The grouper sandwich was served with a cold hamberger bun,Tomato that was more green than red.Grouper was poorly breaded no tast, worst grouper I ever tasted, don’t think was fully cooked, less than 1/8 pound. Lousley item,Waitress people really love the iterm,I will not be back. The landing is the best in town for food service, great menue

Great views, the proprietor was very fun to talk to. Dog friendly. Food was excellent and drinks were good.
