The worst experience. he was so rude. there was no ice, no salate and no limonade, no threatening everything when you asked about the ice for the koks, the answer was so rude. who would drink a warm koks without nice and pay for it! and they had no problem taking the money when we had ordered not to know about the situation.

Placed an online order. Went to the store for pick up order. It wasn’t ready yet. Waited for 15 min. Asked the guy when my order was going to be ready and that’s when they let us know they were “out of a bunch of food” and that we weren’t going to get our food. Highly dissatisfied!

Online orders are more often wrong than they are right. Sometimes they will miss all the menu items they have ordered and they are happy. no refunds. that eating is in the ordinary decent, but I'm not willing to roll the cubes on whether I get what I pay.

Delicious pollo asado bowl, brown rice, black beans, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa. Would go back. For a fast food chain, interior was fine.

Horrible service . Horrible food . Ordered food two hours in advance. Still not ready when we picked it up. Was BURNT. How do you burn chipotle ???!!! Do NOT go here ! Worst chipotle EVER !!!!
