Dc Noodles (fka Simply Home)

I had a wonderful meal! The spicy bark beans were fantastic, and I really enjoyed their spicy competition dish. However, the service could have been improved. We had a reservation for 7:00, but ended up waiting for our table, which meant we missed out on happy hour.

We had a wonderful dinner with a group of six and decided to sample a variety of dishes. Everything we tried was excellent. My only minor complaint would be that the service was a bit slow, but it actually allowed us plenty of time to catch up with one another.

The bark meat, pad thai with chicken, and shrimp pad see ew were all delicious. We always return to this restaurant and are never disappointed.

Dc noodles is just one of my favorite restaurants in dc. they have comforting noodle dishes like pad thai, drunk noodles, and red curry that all highlight favorites. the service is fast and responsive. the drinks are perfectly inexpensive in the happy hour of 17 o'clock, and the mojito is from this world. they do both mild and spicy dishes well, and they can be prepared everything on another spicy level if they want. it is quite quiet, even if it is packed, so it is a great place to take a date or their parents if they want a talk and a good meal. the midday prices are also super reasonable, and the take-out is fast. I can't recommend this place enough.

This is one of my favorite spots in DC. The food has been excellent every time and the menu gets updated for the season so there is always something new to try!
