Kaliwa - Washington

We had a wonderful experience thanks to our server, Diana, who was fantastic. The fish, fried rice, and pork ribs were all delicious. The sake, though served cold, had a rich and full-bodied flavor. We genuinely enjoyed our time there. The only suggestion I have is to adjust the lighting; it was 8 PM, but the restaurant felt as bright as 2 PM.

My boyfriend, friends, and I chose this restaurant for dinner before attending what turned out to be the best concert I've ever seen at The Anthem. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet our expectations. Considering the price, we anticipated a higher quality meal. While we did enjoy the kimchi fried rice with grilled short ribs, the other dishes were below average. We also received the wrong dessert. Overall, the flavors and experience of the food felt quite basic. To top it off, the salad was served without a serving spoon.

I never understood the weirdness behind reservations at the Wharf until we ate here to celebrate welcoming a new baby into the family. The price was around $30/person and surprisingly very much worth it ????!!! The green curry was phenomenal, even our toddler liked it! Expensive, but YES on every single dish flavor. The chciken was crispy, the veggies soooo yummy. I'd go again! Grandma also liked the spring rolls.

Came to kaliwa for restaurant week and had such a great experience! Bless was our waitress and I appreciate how honest she was with her recommendations. She always checked on us to make sure we liked what we ordered. Really amazing service by her! The food was delicious! I started with mango salad. Perfect balance of greens and the mango. I then got the pad Thai and it was some of the best I?ve ever had! The noodles were creamy and not dried out. The shrimp were huge loved

First time in this place, we had dinner. Not bad. A little pricey though. We ate outside with a nice view of the wharf. The service was good. Not sure if this restaurant is authentic philippino or is just the name. The flavors weren't close to the originals, but the presentation was good. If you order a drink, go for wine, not cocktails.
