I found the palm-sized Korrito to be quite overpriced at over $15, and it was barely filled. Seriously, the portion sizes are disappointing! A little extra rice wouldn’t break the bank, and there was hardly any meat. There are much better Korean options nearby, like the chain Rice Bar or the local favorite Manna Dosirak, which I would recommend supporting instead. Save your money and look elsewhere. I would rate this a 1 out of 10.
The vegetables were fresh, but the meat was hard to identify. Eventually, I lost my appetite. The flavor was just okay. I wouldn’t choose to go back. The staff could have been more welcoming; a smile goes a long way. Food rating: 3/5.
I had a few minutes to grab lunch and initially considered a hot dog from a food cart, but then I came across Let’s Mix Bibija. It’s a “build-your-bowl” concept, and when I saw spicy pork on the menu, I was sold! However, the spicy pork turned out to be more of a stew made from ground pork, rather than the slices or chunks I expected. The other ingredients were typical: rice, vegetables... but I was surprised to see a $2 upcharge for a 1-ounce portion of kimchi. I mean, how can you have Korean spicy pork without kimchi? I reluctantly agreed to pay the extra charge. The flavor of the dish was mostly mild, which wasn’t what I had anticipated. At $13.50 (before tax and tip), I felt it was a bit overpriced for the bowl. I doubt I’ll be back, and honestly, I wish I had just stuck with the hot dog from the cart.
Better try somewhere else.Went there for lunch after visiting congress.Service is unfriendly and not at all customer centric. Not rude but cold, unacomodating and unfriendly.Food is OK, mine was too wet making my rice mushy. Flavour wise it was good.Overall, I wouldn 't visit this place again and rather have lunch somewhere else.
