Maialino Mare - Washington

During my stay in Washington, DC, I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant in Thompson Hotel. The staff was professional and the interior was charming. I particularly enjoyed their weekend brunch, and the steak and crab meatballs were exceptional.

My wife and I found maialino mare because we lived in thompson hotel in the same building. the restaurant is expensive, but we felt like splurging and not too far on a cold januarnacht. the atmosphere for dinner is very relaxed, with low lighting, tables we clean and a beautiful bar. we got a quiet table, as we had requested during the booking. the seafood was delicious, and the wine list was very complete. the waiters were all well trained, competent, friendly and friendly. we will definitely return.

The happy hour at this restaurant is fantastic! They offer $5 Peronis and a lovely variety of small plates. The craft cocktails are also top-notch. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had the most perfect brunch on Sunday! The food was delicious and perfectly prepared, our server was so kind and attentive, and we loved that the tables were safely spaced out. I highly recommend their olive oil muffins, cacio e pepe, and pancakes. Divine! We will return soon!
