Feedback gevenI highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is very friendly. The food was really delicious and my picky eater partner enjoyed it as well, which was surprising to me since he doesn't usually like spicy food. I give it a perfect 10 out of 10. Thank you!
In January 2022, I am deducting a few stars from this restaurant. They were unable to consistently provide chicken without skin on the bun, even after discussing it with the staff. Additionally, my partner ordered an alcohol lemonade but received a non-alcoholic version, and the staff refused to correct the mistake or provide the correct cocktail. When they started serving chicken with skin again, I became sick. They also frequently forgot items in our delivery orders. While the restaurant had a beautiful interior and exterior, parking was difficult. On a positive note, the chicken liver preparation was terrible, but the artwork was wonderful and the customer service was excellent.
Had no time with nowhere to go from work to home. I have to say that I was despised. the chicken was carved by the bone and pink. from any reason the texture was chewy, never experienced this chewiness before. I don't know what happened, but neah. dissapointed is an understatement
What a fascinating (and delicious) concept this place is! I am a shameless sweet potato stan, and this place is an orange Nirvana for someone like me. Additionally, I visited on a Friday. For religious reasons, I do not eat meat on Fridays, and the options for people like me (as well as those who are regularly pescetarian/vegetarian/vegan) were greatly appreciated. I also must note the extremely customisable menu choices on their online ordering system, as well as the incredibly fair prices, given the high quality of the food. I would definitely recommend this place, whether you enjoy chicken, sweet potato or just a bit (or a bunch of spice generally.
I went to this place because I enjoy nandos.I ordered my food and took the table they told.I waited and waited more. I noticed my food was on the expo window just sitting there.Three people were standing behind the expo window having a nice conversation so I walked to the expo window sked if that was my food, I took my food and walked to my table.When I was at the table I hear people laughing at what happened. Witch I think they should be sorry and not laughing.My food was missing a side of peri-mayo and the mash potato was cold.I walked to the registered and ask the three people having the nice conversation for a refund. They called the manager who handled the situation in a professional way and gave me the refund. This lady that want that took my order came back and grabbed the plates a little upset and took it to the back.The only excuse they put was that the person that was supposed to run my food to the table was on break!!So I guess customers have to run their on food at that time of the day. Nandos should display a sign to let customers know about it.All this happened when I was the only customers in the restaurant at that moment.Thank you nandos for your service!!!!
