Chicken and broccoli was slimy and snotty, the lo mein was bland and used weird whole wheat fettuccine noodles? Asked if their fried rice was good at the front counter and was met with a very defensive host. Go to the Chinese Buffet across the street, much better food and they have a well priced buffet.
I live in Waterloo and my GF lives in Cedar Rapids. We both love Panda Palace! The food is great, the place is clean and fresh looking, and the employees are super friendly! Absolutely our favorite restaurant!!
I love shrimp fried rice egg drop soup with a hot oil sauce ?
We celebrated my nephew's birthday there. Had a great time and great food.
