Pizza Hut - Washington

I made a call-in order and was disappointed because they didn't have the dressing for my sandwich. No one contacted me to inform me about this until I reached the pick-up window.

I ordered a dinner box today, and instead of receiving my pizza, they gave me breadsticks instead.

I am really disappointed! We actually ended up feeling sick. We should have just left. It took five minutes for our drinks to arrive, and it was clear that the waitress didn’t want to be there. The tables were not clean, and the food was not good at all. I’ve had so many great experiences at Pizza Hut locations, but unfortunately, this one was not among them.

I placed an online order, and when I arrived, the food was hot and ready!

On Saturday, 11 January 20, we were caught in a tornado warning. We left parking lot area and entered the pizza hut. The waitress welcomed us, seated us and removed our fears of the weather. We felt really great after speaking with her we ordered over 50 dollars of pizza and left with her upbeat altitude. (Feeling as if the weather was nonexistent) which it was safe. She was the only waitress we saw, which she gave excellent customer service.
